My biggest baking accomplishment thus far….I made bread. From SCRATCH! For those of you that don’t know (because I certainly didn’t), bread recipes are complicated! The yeast has to rise at a very specific temperature, there is a lot of waiting for the dough to rise, blah blah blah. But, thanks to my New Years rezzy of patience, I succeeded!
